  Scratched my husbands Harley Davidson and it was a deep scratch. Will never go to them again.

  I have had my interior and exterior washed at least 4 times at ( $50/$60) dollars. I WAS happy. I got a mini detail for $100 dollars. They scratched the window tint on my driver's window, passenger front and rear windows. ( It was new in May ) . I have no pets or children in my car. They said it might have been a ring one of the guys was wearing. The staff asked me to call manager Henry. I called, texted, emailed and NO reply. Not even a "Sorry, here is a free wash". Total lack of business ethics. Customer loyalty has no meaning NOR do they seem to care about reviews. So beware of bad business ethics. Things happen, but not even an acknowledgement of it or any effort to help. ( My first negative review about any business).

  Just watched a staff member rev someone's commodore multiple times while the other staff members laughed and watched on. Definitely don't take your car here

  They did a good job outside however inside they didn’t clean properly, they didnt remove stains and shoe marks, plus they didn’t remove the rubbish left inside. Worst inside job I have ever seen. Cowboys job. Not coming back.

  Terrible waste of money. I asked them to clean my mums car as it had bird poo on the roof they said they would clean it. Came back and the lady said I needed a polish of the roof next time for paint chips that are on the roof. I said “what do you mean” she said you will see when you see it. IT WAS STILL BIRD POO NOT PAINT SCRATCHES I couldn’t believe they didn’t know the difference so I made them polish it then and there which of course was an effort. If you want something done you gotta do it yourself! I will never return biggest waste of money. Deserves no stars as far as I’m concerned! These are not qualified car detailers.
