  Staff that don't want to help out, as well as a badly laid out store makes it hard to find what you want. It has a good range and cheap products though

  One of the BEST JB HI-Fi’s in Australia with great prices and the most friendly genuine sincere customer support second to none. There’s always a great vibe inside the store and the sales reps give solid proven advice as I am very knowledgeable about tech. You can always negotiate a better price than others so why bother shopping anywhere else?

  Great products and prices but have had not 1 staff member come to help me for an item I had looked for nearly 45mins. Apart from that 1 time, love it

  Shout out for Lee who sells the drones and cameras. He didn't mind educating us on what was the best buy for our son for Christmas. I waited while he patiently helped the customer before us. Overall a great experience. Why go anywhere else for Christmas gifts?
