  AFTERWARDS, CHARGED THE FULL 36.95 AND THE FRONT DESK GUY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME HE TOLD ME THE SHAMPOO, CONDIONER AND SCALP MASSAGE WAS OPTIONAL. no it wasn't and I have witness to that, you POS "hairdressers". I should have just walked away instead of given in after arguing with 3 of you. never felt so humiliated and patronized.

  ***BE WARNED THEY ARE SCUM ARTISTS - Very bad service, the manager apart from been very unprofessional (along with there staff), is a very racists individual / my wife spent over 400 dollars in treatment that did not work at all – never got a refund – While my wife was speaking to the manager about the problem, the manager started laughing at her accent and rolling her eyes. BE WARNED THEY ARE SCUM ARTISTS***.

  Took an extra 10cm off my hair then I asked for. Staff were very rough when combing and cutting.
