  I have just walked out of your salon in Helensvale. My daughter (4) was there for a haircut and they sat us down (my 2 year old with me) and left us to wait for about 12 minutes without anyone coming to cut her hair. This would've been fine had there not been 2 hairdressers chatting at the counting with one stocking the shelves rather then cutting hair. I also got the distinct feeling that they were trying not to make eye contact with us. I am so annoyed with this service as I have been taking my daughter there for years to have her hair done.

  Disappointed in hair cut. Stylist did not follow photo or verbal advice. Was charged for a long hair cut when hair was only to shoulders. Stylist continued to have conversations with colleges throughout service. No recommendations, no advice etc..

  I've been here a few times to purchase Kerastase products and always leave thinking why am I spending my money here? Staff arrogant with the way they speak to you about the 'right' product. Or not interested in asking if you need help. Many products out of stock.
