  I highly recommend Storage King Helensvale! I have been a customer for the past couple of years and couldnt be happier with the services they provide. They were very helpful with organizing me a storage unit and also a truck to help me move my contents which was fantastic. It is an extremely clean, secure complex and i wouldnt deal with anyone but Storage King Helensvale.. 5 stars !!

  These guys (& gals!) are great! After my shop went under, they helped me get out of a rut while finding work and figured a payment out. I'm now back to stable income & I haven't lost any of my possessions in the process, words can't thank you enough! Lifesavers, literally!

  I love the fact that they have ample trolleys for transporting your goods to your storage unit as well as the extra large lifts. Further more they even have a courtesy Storage King truck to use which is very handy for the larger items.

  A few weeks before Christmas 2014, the home we were lined up to move into did not settle and we were caught out with no where to go when our notice period was up early in the New Year 2015. We contacted a few storage places online to obtain some quotes for storage. Leanne at Storage King was the first person to contact me. She asked some questions and she told me that if our dates were flexible, if we waited until the New Year, we could sign up during a promotion period and save on our storage rental costs. We found Leanne so helpful and a pleasure to deal with in our time of upheaval, so we had no hesitation going ahead with Storage King. We signed up for a storage room on the new second floor. When we arrived at Storage King on moving day, we met with Leanne and asked if we could upgrade to a larger storage room as we were sure our furniture wouldn't fit in the original room we booked. Leanne said not a problem and she found us a garage size shed on the ground floor which was just the right size and was perfect for easy access. The facilities at Storage King were always immaculate and we knew our things would be safe. We were a little worried during the heavy rain in January 2015 when we saw on the news water sitting on Signato Drive. A quick call to Leanne put our minds at ease as she reassured us that there was no flooding anywhere near the storage facility. We moved out of storage in March and we were pleased that everything went well. We highly recommend Storage King. The premises are modern and appear well built. The security at the premises is great and the staff are so helpful.

  Exception storage facility. From the first step through the front doors to putting our goods into storage, everything has been perfect. Leanne has been very helpful and made the whole process simple. Highly recommend using this storage facility!

  I recently spoke with Brad and Leanne at Storage King Helensvale to secure my storage area and they were very helpful. The process was easy and quick and the rates were very competitive. I even received a special promotional rate which made it very affordable. The facilities are exceptional, very clean, spacious and the security is second to none.
