  Gets busy but it is a fairly small post office and staff always do their best to help. Thry usually have some random gifts if you're in a pinch too.

  I went there to do my daughter's passport with all the document's and more, everything I have, the young lady took the papers and straight away told me that I need a translation, and after that she told me that I need a different marriage certificate,i took all my papers and I went to the Helensvale post office right across Westfield and guess what?????hthey didn't ask for any translation or new marriage certificate,,,so I don't need to tell you anything more,,,,avoid this post office please.

  Staff were quite rude and unprofessional during my experience. The manager was trying to "fix" the misunderstanding between myself and his staff member. His methods in doing this were rather comical. He would just say the same line every time as you would go to talk. Now i thought this man stubborn nature may have been evoked as a fault of my own error and just moved on to the other post office at Westfield, but a fellow customer came out and described his actions to me as a 'joke'.. So i guess I wasn't the only one who doesn't appreciate stubborn behavior from 'professionals'.

  Last Wednesday, I went to collect my phone as I stood in the long queue I heard noises of laughter and excitement from some young teens. Noise wasn’t the issue, the issue I have is that one of the arrogant rude staff members took 2 minutes to stand there and stare at these kids with the dirtiest look. Now I can tell you as previously managing stores, I know when it looks like someone is stealing, these kids weren’t doing anything suspicious at all. In fact I think there was some racial profiling and it sickened me so much I couldn’t even be served by her when it came to my turn at the check out.
