  Horrible staff. My first cab driver was shouting out the window, talking to his friend via Bluetooth, and complaining that the ride was short. I highly recommend Uber over this.

  When i asked for the fair to be put to what it should have been, he refused, saying that it "wasnt his fault". Complained to their head office and they just ignored me.

  I've used them 4 times. Twice was for the van service. 3/4 were good and friendly and helpful, but the second time I got the van was truly awful. I had a lot of things to move, and when we unloaded the stuff, the driver was so disrespectful towards my belongings, he treated them very roughly and was in a hurry to make his next journey. Some of the objects were expensive and delicate, and he even dropped stuff into a puddle. Bro, I was going to give you a 20 dollar tip for the trouble (I know it was a lot of stuff) - but after how you disrespected my belongings - no chance! Other drivers were gold. It was your driver from India (forgot name sorry) who ensured I won't be using you again. Sorry to the other, decent drivers.

  37 min it took a cab to come to a well established place on a quiet Monday night in Burleigh. My time on this planet is very limited. Having called them 3 times only to be told they didn't even book the first time and the other two time informed myself "It's almost there" each time is disgusting. Do not reccomend. My suggestion, Save your money and walk or go an alternate company.

  Cab picked me up at the airport, asked him to Curumbin wildlife sanctuary. He brought me out into the hinterlands, miles out of the way and I had to tell him he was bringing us the wrong way. He then said the airport staff told him something else and it wasnt his fault! (?)

  I know it seems unlikely as they get less per trip, but tbh I've never had such bad service from Uber.
