  Reading all of the reviews for this business I would suggest the Property Management Section could use a bit of guidance from the Sales Section.........

  Wow! Unfortunately have to give at least one star because it won't let me rate it lower, I went chasing the Principals number so I could call/email the owner rather than posting this, but I couldn't find it so here goes: I work in a customer service industry, so I understand how sometimes a person can 'slip through the cracks' (so to speak), but I have really terrible service from the Property Management section of this organisation, I am currently in the process of renting out a property with a different agency in Tweed Heads and am amazed at the completely different experience as a landlord and prospective tenant, I lodged an application after I looked through one of their rentals as I was unable to lodge beforehand, spoke to them a couple of times in the next 7 days with them telling me my application was being processed, on day ten, once the property management section had my processed application (as the receptionist was the one handling the copies of my Bank statements, Drivers licence, Rates notice) they then informed me that there would be a decision once a previously approved tenant had been able to inspect the property (that I had inspected ten days before -that they had not yet inspected yet been able to have an application approved for). To any prospective Landlord, this is how Hillsea are treating prospective tenants, to any prospective tenant, I wish I never wasted my time, to date they are still not returning calls - just think of how you will be treated if you do get a place and something goes wrong with the hot water heater.

  Pretty Poor considering settlement on the property we purchased was on 16th September and the For Sale sign is still up! Most people I know when buy a house put a pic up with them standing in front of For Sale sign with SOLD plastered across it - we never got a SOLD put across it even! We moved in weekend of 19-20 September and we had two cars come up our driveway wanting to view the property, when asked why sign still up we said "Good question!" Lucky for us my partners mate who was helping us move is in real estate and looks like has landed two sales from it but very poor on Hillsea's behalf! Everyone I know that has sold their house got a little thank you gift when real estate dropped off keys! I had to go get the keys myself and agent wasn't even there, just mind blowing the difference in service once deal is done.
