  Do not trust your investment with this agency & if you are tenant i implore you to contact Tenants Queensland for some free guidance with any issue you may encounter.

  This must be the most modern, helpful and professional Real Estate company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. All the staff I have come in contact with have been great. Very empathetic and take the time to listen to their clients. I'm glad to be managed by this group.

  Little Real Estate manage two of my investment properties. Their use of technology is fantastic and my property manager, Jessica Wilkins, extremely proactive and communicates well with me on any matters relating to my property that I need to know about. Responds very well to my constructive feedback. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a better outcome from your property manager.

  THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!! when i Moved into the house it was absolutely discussing the house stunk of dog and urine, I spent alot of my own money to make the house livable because they would not do anything to fix the problems with the house. Then when I had 3 weeks before the lease was up and I got the Form to sign another year lease then they decide to sell the house instead which gave me no time at all to find somewhere else to move. I called them over 10 times and even went in store for some sort of help with NO REPLY WHATSOEVER, I had no choice but to live in my car with my partner for almost a month because of these LAZY INCONSIDERATE DISCUSTING people. I even Got a professional bond clean which cost me my last $1000 I had because I needed my whole bond back to be able to move into a new place. Then they decide to take all my bond money over a tiny tiny patch of grass missing even tho when I moved in EVERY BIT OF GRASS ON THE WHOLE PROPERTY WAS DEAD AND DUST!!! I Went to the rta and after being ignored 3 times for a conference call they still done nothing to help me . I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND LITTLE REAL ESTATE AT HELENSVALE TO ANYONE!!!!!! You actually ruined mine and my partners lives so thanks very much! Pethetic!!!!

  I can not consciously reccommend this agency to either investor or tenant. The property manager blatantly lied on numerous occasions. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. Additionally, there was either an ignorance of the law, or flagrant disregard for it, that will have cost the owner a significant amount of money.
