  I truly believe that this room needs refurbishment. Disabled people should not be given sub standard rooms. The cost was $180 per night, for this there are many nicer hotels which include breakfast which are clean and presentable.

  Nice welcome, we were shown our site, and then offered if we wanted it, guiding the caravan into the site. Sites are nice, lots of grass, or fake grass on some sites. There's lots to do with the kids, lots of large, lovely tropical aquariums, jumping pillow, heated pool with lots of seating and shade, pool slide, heated spa, petting zoo, caged birds around the park. The bathrooms/amenities are very well presented, always clean. The showers in the ladies are really nice, and they all have nice, removable shower heads, hubby said in the men's, their shower heads are quite bad, every one of them, he checked. Noticed it's pet friendly. Close to the theme parks, and quite close to the Bruce hwy, so you can hear trucks and traffic at night.

  Great staff beautiful pool area and has got to be the best camp kitchen and toilets in the country by a mile. The staff were great always up for a chat and so helpfull. And being so close to all the theme parks made our days so much easier.

  We're staying here for a week and just beautiful. Very courteous and friendly staff. Pet minding is very satisfactory. Lovely bush walk at the back. Central to the Theme Parks,which are a must see. Heaps of good deals going. We have nothing but good word to say about this place and also very affordable.Holidays are about having fun.

  It had a very strong bad smell which was awful. The bathroom was terrible and left in a dirty condition. The tiles were cracked, surfaces dirty and a really horrible shower curtain.

  We travel a lot and stay in many places, but this is up there with the worst rooms to date. We will definitely not recommend any friends to stay here.

  Perfect location. Beautiful gardens. Awesome amenities. Well designed sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Fair prices. Excellent pools. Great onsite cafe and bar.
